These are Resurrection Rolls and they are meant to tell the story of Easter. You take a marsmallow, tell your kids it represents the body of Jesus, roll it in butter (embalming oil), sugar and cinnamon (spices used for burial), wrap it up in a crescent roll (shroud), bake it…and then, surprise, marshmallow Jesus disappears (i.e. rises from the dead)! Then you eat the empty tomb coated with symbolic embalming fluid and burial spices. I just threw up in my mouth a little.
